As in all sections of the school, each girl has a form tutor and a Head of Year, as part of a larger pastoral care team, who look after her day-to-day welfare and lessons take place in bright, well-equipped classrooms. Girls also benefit from a range of additional facilities around the campus, including a modern Sports Hall, Dance Studio, AstroTurf, Gym, Drama Studio, Music Suite, Art and Design building and 11 Science laboratories. The vast majority of our Year 13 leavers go straight to university. About three quarters of those go to a Russell Group university.

After a long and tense period, the waiting is over! The votes are in, the interviews are over, and the teachers and students have spoken… Meet the new 2017-2018 Head Girl Team!
Nearly 350 students across Years 4 - Year 10 got the chance to go on a school trip without leaving the school site last week. Among the places visited were: the solar system, underwater eco-systems, steam railways, the reproductive system and Roman ruins.
Our Senior gymnasts are taking the National Stage by storm this term with the following successes in 2 weeks!
We're delighted to invite all former pupils, former staff, supporters and friends to a special event to celebrate the school's 139th birthday with us, to see the school in action and to meet pupils and staff.
